Davina is a trainee Solicitor

Davina joined City Law in August 2010 and has principally worked on a substantial insurance arbitration and related litigation proceedings involving alleged misselling. She has also had experience in employment related disputes and a property dispute.

Davina studied Neuroscience at the University of Edinburgh, graduating in 2007. She obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law at City University London, gaining a commendation. She received a distinction in her Legal Practice Course in 2010.

Prior to joining City Law, Davina gained substantial pro bono experience in a variety of fields including teaching school children the legal ramifications on issues of crime and punishment; research on the disclosure of convictions to employers; explaining legal concepts in lessons to prisoners in Pentonville prison; and advising the general public on employment law matters.
