Xiaohan Guo

Xiaohan (Han) qualified as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2005 and worked as a corporate finance associate in Shooklin & Bok LLP (formerly in joint venture with Allen & Overy). Whilst practising in Singapore, she worked on a number of acquisitions and disposals, both domestic and cross-border, and was part of the A&O team that advised on the disposal by the General Electric Group of their advanced materials business. She also assisted in advising on the initial public offerings of local and foreign companies on the Singapore Stock Exchange along with a variety post-listing compliance matters.

In 2007, Han joined a collectibles auction house based in London where she was involved in the firm's general commercial work as well as several cross-border M&A and financing transactions. She qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2008.

Han joined City Law in September 2009 to assist with the firm's corporate work. She speaks French and is fluent in Mandarin.
